The present invention relates to a method for preparing a three-dimensional structure for myocardial tissue regeneration including forming a three-dimensional structure shape by performing a stacking process through printing of a composition for first bioprinting containing a decellularized extracellular matrix and a cardiac precursor cell or thermal gelling after forming a three-dimensional structure shape by performing a stacking process through printing alternately using the composition for first bioprinting and a composition for second bioprinting containing a decellularized extracellular matrix, a mesenchymal stem cell, and a vascular endothelial growth factor. The preparing method thereof according to the present invention has effects of uniformly locating a cardiac precursor cell inside a structure and implementing a vascular network forming of a vascular cell inside a structure to maintain cell viability for a long period of time, thereby significantly improving cell transfer efficiency into myocardium.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
