After a solution or suspension is obtained by adding glucosamine or a salt thereof, chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof, and other components as needed, granules or a composition containing glucosamine or a salt thereof and chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof are obtained by spray-drying the solution or suspension.
