The present invention pertains to a method for overexpressing target genes and/or reprogramming cells, the method comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining transformed cells by introducing a vector into which a promoter and target genes have been inserted； and (b) applying electromagnetic waves to the transformed cells obtained in step (a), and to a method for treating a disease using the methods. When the method for overexpressing target genes by using an electromagnetic-responsive promoter is used, the amount of expression of desired target genes can be simply and artificially regulated inside and outside cells, and the expression of the target genes can be regulated until a desired specific time.본 발명은 (a) 프로모터와 타겟 유전자가 삽입된 벡터를 도입하여 형질전환된 세포를 수득하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 수득한 형질전환된 세포에 전자기파를 인가하는 단계； 를 포함하는, 타겟 유전자를 과발현시키는 방법 및/또는 세포 리프로그래밍 방법과 상기 방법을 이용한 질환 치료 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 전자기파 반응성 프로모터를 이용하여 목표 유전자를 과발현시키는 방법을 이용하면, 세포 내외에서 간편하게 인위적으로 원하는 타겟 유전자의 발현 양을 조절하고 원하는 특정 시간까지 타겟 유전자의 발현을 조절할 수 있다.
