The manually operated roller-distributor has a container (10) borne on two coaxial runner-wheels (26,28). The base of the container has distributor outlets above which turns the hollow wheel-driven distributor roller (16) which is in constant contact with the one of the two runner wheels. The roller is supported by a wheel axle (14) mounted in the container and which supports the one runner wheel (26). The other runner wheel (28) is joined by a bolt (42) to the wheel axle by insertion into a hole.
