PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo blood flow detection device hard to be affected by external noise.SOLUTION: In an in-vivo blood flow detection device, a detection part has a flexible insulating film board 31, a plurality of LEDs 32, a first light reception means 331 provided close to the LEDs 32 emitting light having different wavelengths, a second light reception means 332 provided apart from the LEDs 32, a drive circuit 34 driving the LEDs 32, amplification means 351, 352 amplifying light reception signals of the light reception means 331 and the light reception means 332, and a signal conversion means 38 performing the analog/digital conversion of the light reception signal from each amplification means.
