PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant growth device 100 simplifying installation of an LED substrate 2 and a lens substrate 3, and also enabling easy replacement of only the lens substrate 3 apt to become dirty due to contact with plants.SOLUTION: The plant growth device includes: the LED substrate 2 on which a plurality of LEDs 21 emitting plant-growing light to the plants are installed the lens substrates 3 having a plurality of lens parts 31 condensing the light from the LEDs 21 to lead the light to the plants and a holding member 4 to which the LED substrate 2 and the lens substrate 3 are fixed.
