PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separated liquid seasoning having a high content of α-linolenic acid, a hypertension improvement effect, good taste, and an excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: A separated liquid seasoning comprises an aqueous phase and an oil phase wherein the oil phase comprises 20-40 mass% of fat and oil A comprising 40 mass% or more of α-linolenic acid in the constituent fatty acids, 40-65 mass% of fat and oil B of one or two or more selected from rapeseed oil, soybean oil, and corn oil, and 8-20 mass% of sesame oil, and the mass ratio of the fat and oil A and the fat and oil B is 1:1.2-1:3. It is preferable that the α-linolenic acid content in the constituent fatty acids of the oil phase be 15-30 mass%, and the separated liquid seasoning comprise 20-50 mass% of the oil phase. It is particularly preferable that the fat and oil A be linseed oil, and the fat and oil B be rapeseed oil.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】α-リノレン酸が高含有で、高血圧改善効果を有し、かつ風味が良く、保存安定性に優れた分離液状調味料の提供。
