A modular fully automatic 2D/3D rice noodle roll maker, comprising: a machine frame (1), a slurry conveying pipe (21), and a steam guiding pipe (10) the machine frame (1) is provided thereon with a plurality of modular frames (9), a middle portion of each modular frame (9) being provided with a thermal insulation cavity (25), and an inner portion of the thermal insulation cavity (25) being provided with a rotatable slurry distributing roller (30) an end of the thermal insulation cavity (25) is provided with a sealing back plate (26), while another end is provided with a movable active sealing door (16) the movable active sealing door (16) is provided thereon with a rice noodle roll scraping blade (31) that may extend into an inner cavity of the slurry distributing roller (30), and the movable active sealing door (16) is connected to a slurry pipe (21) that may spray a slurry the sealing back plate (26) of the thermal insulation cavity (25) is connected to a steam inlet pipe (10) that may introduce steam, a cooling air pipe (27) that may introduce cold air, and a steam discharge pipe (14) each modular frame (9) is provided thereon with a control box (3) and a control panel (4).
