PURPOSE: Hydrogel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove toxicity, to improve water content, and to adjust the decomposition behavior of hydrogel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hydrogel is as follows. A natural polymer derivative is manufactured by introducing a crosslinkable functional group to natural polymer. A mixture solution is manufactured by mixing the natural polymer derivative, synthetic polymer, and distilled water. The mixture solution is poured into a mold and is formed in a sheet form of a gel state by irradiating radiation to the mold. The hyaluronic acid derivative having the crosslinkable functional group is hyaluronic acid substituted for glycidyl methacrylate.
