PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shift regulating structure for a work vehicle in which a gear shift regulating mechanism of a traveling gear shift lever can be compactly assembled on a control panel of a control section in a front portion of a gear shift groove and can be installed with good operability. SOLUTION: A travel speed change lever 13 arranged in a control section 3 is traveled along a forward operation path F of a lever groove 17 formed in an operation panel 12 from a low speed travel position to a highest speed travel position, and travels.
