PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a back clutch be controlled into an on-state after a continuously variable transmission becomes a forward drive state when the continuously variable transmission is switched from a reverse drive state to the forward drive state, in a paddy working machine in which the back clutch is switched and controlled between an on-state and an off-state based on detection results of operation position of a gear shift lever.SOLUTION: A gear shift lever 40 can be operated over a neutral operation position nf of the forward side facing a forward operation area F and a neutral operation position nr of the reverse side facing a reverse operation level R in a neutral operation area N. When the gear shift lever 40 is positioned in the neutral operation area N, a clutch control mechanism 50 switches and controls the back clutch 31 to an off-state regardless of the movement over the neutral operation position nf of the forward side of the gear shift lever 40 and the neutral operation position nr of the reverse side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】変速レバーの操作位置の検出結果を基にバッククラッチが入り状態と切り状態とに切り換え制御される水田作業機において、無段変速装置を後進駆動状態から前進駆動状態に切換える際、無段変速装置が前進駆動状態になった後にバッククラッチが入り状態に制御されるようにする。【解決手段】中立操作域Nにおいて、変速レバー40は、前進操作域Fに臨む前進側の中立操作位置nfと、後進操作域Rに臨む後進側の中立操作位置nrとに亘って操作可能である。変速レバー40が中立操作域Nに位置すると、クラッチ制御機構50は、変速レバー40の前進側の中立操作位置nfと後進側の中立操作位置nrとに亘る移動にかかわらずバッククラッチ31を切り状態に切換え制御する。【選択図】図6
