PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants-type disposable diaper excellent in skin touch and liquid return prevention of a liquid absorbing surface getting in touch with the skin, and also prevented from degradation and the like in leak prevention due to peeling-off of a leak prevention cuff.SOLUTION: An underpants-type disposable diaper 1 includes: an absorbent body 5 provided with a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and a liquid-holding absorber 4 and an outer body 10. A leak prevention cuff 6 rises at its crotch part while joined to the skin-contact surface side of the absorbent body 5 at its ventral part or its dorsal part. The leak prevention cuff 6 includes inside bonded parts 63 and outside bonded parts 64. The inside bonded parts 63 are fixed on the uneven region 2a of the surface sheet 2 and the outside bonded parts 64 are fixed on flat regions 2b of the surface sheet 2. The inside bonded parts 63 and the outside bonded parts 64 are arranged in a width direction Y across non-bonded regions 65. The outer body 10 includes waist gather 13 having inside elastic parts 13e overlapped on the absorber 4.
