PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable clothing article in which an illustration can be viewed from the outside by fixing an illustration sheet to the inner surface side of an outer surface sheet through joining means in a non-stretch area where a waist elastic body is absent, and desired sheet strength can be exerted.SOLUTION: An elastic waist panel 11 comprises an outer surface sheet, a waist elastic body 27, an inner surface sheet, and an illustration sheet which is disposed between the waist elastic body and the inner surface sheet and has a decoration element that can be viewed from the outside. First waist areas 13, 14 comprise: a pair of stretch areas separately facing in a lateral direction X, in which the waist elastic body is disposed and a non-stretch area 37 located between the stretch areas where the waist elastic body is not disposed. At least a portion of the decoration element is located in the non-stretch area.
