PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric machine conversion device that can prevent light from being incident on a reception surface without deteriorating mechanical characteristics of a vibration membrane.SOLUTION: The electric machine conversion device includes: a silicon substrate 3 and at least one cell structure 2 movably supporting the vibration membrane 7 including one electrode 8 of two electrodes 3, 8 provided on the silicon substrate 3 while interposing a clearance 5 between them.
