A manufacturing process of a composition provided for forming an insect-proof product is disclosed, which comprises steps: (a) preparing an insect-proof mother particle that is composed of insect-proof materials including an insect-proof agent, an antioxidant agent and a first thermoplastic polymer (b) preparing an anti-ultraviolet mother particle that is composed of anti-ultraviolet materials including an anti-ultraviolet agent, an antioxidant agent and a second thermoplastic polymer and (c) mixing the insect-proof mother particle, the anti-ultraviolet mother particle and a thermoplastic polymer matrix to produce the composition provided for forming the insect-proof products. With the disclosed process to produce the composition provided for forming the insect-proof products, the insect-proof products feature a better insect-proof effect even after being washed.本發明提供一種供形成防蚊蟲製品之組成物的製法,包含(a)製備一防蚊蟲母粒,是由一含有一防蚊蟲劑、一抗氧化劑及一第一熱塑性高分子之防蚊蟲材所構成;(b)製備一抗紫外線母粒,是由一含有一抗紫外線劑、一抗氧化劑及一第二熱塑性高分子之抗紫外線材所構成;及(c)將該防蚊蟲母粒;該抗紫外線母粒及一熱塑性高分子基質進行混合而製得該供形成防蚊蟲製品之組成物。本發明製法所製得的組成物進行加工而獲得的防蚊蟲製品於清洗後具有較佳的防蚊蟲效果。
