PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly bio-feed additive is provided to improve the environment of the inside of the body of animals and to enhance immunity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly bio-feed additive comprises the steps of putting 1 kg of rice bran in a hemp bag and making the rice water by rubbing it in water; putting the rice water and 1 kg of molasses in a cultivation container and stirring it; adding 1000cc of EM liquid to the cultivation container and stirring it; sealing the cultivation container to make the anaerobic condition; storing the sealed container at 25~40°C in the place free from direct sunlight; and fermenting it for 7 days or more.
