The present invention relates to a screw assembly for a spinal implant, comprising: a first unit cut from the edge of an upper end part while making both sides face each other to have an insertion recess with an arc shaped lower end part, forming an internal space and vertically penetrated； a rod mounted with an outer circumferential surface of one side at the insertion recess and an outer circumferential surface of the other side at the insertion recess of another first unit adjacent to the first unit； a second unit housing an upper part in a lower side of the internal space to be rotatable and fixedly screw-coupling a lower part to a vertebral body forming the spine to prevent the lower part from being unfastened； a third unit screw-coupled to an upper side of the internal space to fixate the rod； and a fourth unit arranged between the internal space and an upper part of the second unit to restrict rotation of the second unit.
