PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the posture of an underwater fishing light in water.SOLUTION: An underwater fishing light 1 used by being put into water includes a plurality of light source devices 2, a light source retaining member 3 for arranging the plurality of light source devices 2 in a circumferential direction and retaining them, a power cable 4, one end of which is connected to each of the plurality of light source devices 2, and the other end of which is connected to a power source on the water through the upper end part of the light source retaining member 3, and a vertical ladder 5 provided in a state of projecting downward from the lower end part of the light source retaining member 3.
