The present invention relates to a ship with an underwater fish luring light, comprising: a ship main body (1)； a holder (210) provided at a side of the ship main body (1)； a light source main body (110) provided in the ship main body (1)； an optical cable (130) connected to the light source main body (110)； and a rod shaped light bar (150) connected to the optical cable (130) and provided in the holder (210). The underwater fish luring light can be easily separated from the ship such that maintenance and cleaning of the ship with the underwater fish luring light can be easily performed.
