PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rinse agent which does not substantially contain silicone oil, and can impart a moist feeling to the scalp, as well as exhibits a conditioning effect to the hair.SOLUTION: The invention provides a rinse agent containing (A) a microcrystalline wax with a high-melting point and/or a polyethylene wax with a high-melting point, (B) a cationic detergent, (C) a higher alcohol, and (D) polyoxyalkylene diglyceryl ether, and substantially not containing a silicone oil.
