PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform surely said person authentication of a deceased person, or person who cannot understand who the person is, due to dementia or brain disorder.SOLUTION: A recess part 19 is formed on a rear face side of a porcelain laminate plate 18 attached to a recess part 11 on a part of a front face side of a front tooth 10, an IC chip 20 is stored in the recess part 19 and the chip is fixed with a resin and embedded.
