PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tablet that allows an IC chip to be arranged at a desire position of medical powder with accuracy without positional displacement.SOLUTION: A medical tablet (tablet 95) includes an IC chip equipped with an IC therein. The medical tablet has a first surface 95a and a second surface 95b separated from each other vertically. The first surface has an engraved stamp or cleavage line 95c formed therein, and the second surface does not have an engraved stamp or cleavage line 95c formed therein or has an engraved stamp or cleavage line 95c shallower than that in the first surface formed therein. The IC chip has a base film 5, and a convex chip body 6 that protrudes more on one side than on the other side with respect to the base film.
