PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a surface sheet with non-thermal fusibility and an absorber with thermal fusibility are partly bonded without using an adhesive.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article (1) comprises the surface sheet (2) made of non-thermally fusible fibers, a back sheet (3), and the absorber (4) sandwiched between the sheets (2 and 3). A surface of the absorber (4) located on the surface sheet (2) side is formed from a thermally fusible material or the surface of the absorber (4) located on the surface sheet (2) side has a thermally fusible layer (41) made of a thermally fusible sheet. The surface sheet (2) and the absorber (4) are bonded together while partly forming film-like thermally fused parts (42) between them.
