The present invention relates to a soap using wild cultivated ginseng and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a soap using the wild cultivated ginseng, the soap which improves a prevention effect of skin diseases, a skin care effect, an anti-allergy effect, a removing effect of skin keratinocyte, and a moisturizing effect in terms of soap effects by adding a wild cultivated ginseng extract extracted from the wild cultivated ginseng that is a traditional oriental medicine material to the soap, thereby manufacturing a wild cultivated ginseng extract-added soap, and a manufacturing method of the soap using the wild cultivated ginseng. The method of the present invention comprises: containing an ordinary soap base in the soap to manufacture the soap containing the ordinary soap base； and containing 0.1 to 10 wt% of the wild cultivated ginseng extract in the soap based on the total weight of the soap to manufacture the soap containing the wild cultivated ginseng extract, wherein the wild cultivated ginseng extract is prepared by grinding the wild cultivated ginseng, mixing black sugar, honey and the ground wild cultivated ginseng at a weight ratio of 10:5:1 to obtain a mixture； aging the mixture at 16 to 18C for 5 days； and ultrasonic extracting the aged mixture at the temperature of 70 to 80C. Existing soaps threaten consumer safety and environmental friendliness aspects with regard to life environment of modern people since the soaps have mostly been comprising chemical components as components until now.
