The present invention relates to a natural soap using fermented and aged egg white material. The purpose of the present invention is to enable a handmade natural soap comprising natural ingredients and having high strength to be made, and to solve problems of chemical components among components of an existing soap by reinforcing pore tightening, skin elasticity, skin whitening, and skin moisture persistency, i.e., efficacies of egg itself which have been proved in various theses. The natural soap using the fermented and aged egg white material of the present invention is manufactured by a method comprising: a component melting process of injecting solid components of the soap into a mixer and maintaining the temperature of the mixer at 80°；C to liquefy the solid components； a mixing process of maintaining the temperature of the mixer at 50°；C or less in order to mix the fermented and aged egg white material to obtain a mixed liquid (soap base)； a solidification process of naturally curing the mixed liquid (soap base) for about one hour so that the mixed liquid (soap base) can be solidified into a soap form； a drying process of additionally drying the soap form for 48 hours to strengthen strength of the soap； and a molding process of cutting a solid soap and performing a mold work to realize a desired soap shape.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 발효숙성된 달걀흰자 원료를 활용한 천연비누에 관한 것으로서 천연성분의 수제 천연비누의 강도를 단단하게 만들 수 있고 여러 논문에서 효능이 입증된 달걀 자체의 효능인 모공축소, 피부탄력, 피부 화이트닝, 피부 수분지속력을 강화하도록 함으로써 기존의 비누 구성 성분 중 화학성분을 포함하는 문제점을 해소 하도록 한 것이다.즉 본 발명은, 비누에 있어서 고체성분을 액체화 할 수 있게 배합기에 투입하여 온도를 80도씨를 유지한 성분융해공정, 발효숙성된 달걀흰자 원료를 혼합 할 수 있게 배합기의 온도를 50도씨 이하로 유지한 혼합공정, 혼합된 액체(비누베이스)를 비누의 형태로 고체화 할 수 있게 1시간 정도 자연경화 실시한 응고공정, 비누강도를 강화 할 수 있게 48시간 추가 건조 실시한 건조공정, 원하는 비누모양을 구현 할 수 있게 고체비누를 제단하고 금형 작업 실시한 성형공정으로 구성한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 천연성분의 수제 천연비누의 강도를 단단하게 만들 수 있고 여러 논문에서 효능이 입증된 달걀 자체의 효능인 모공축소, 피부탄력, 피부 화이트닝, 피부 수분지속력을 강화하도록 함으로써 기존의 비누 구성 성분 중 화학성분을 포함하는 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.
