PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tilling device that can adjust a bottom width of groove in the furrow by simple operation.SOLUTION: A rotary tilling device 4 is provided at the rear of a management machine 1. An upper part side of the upper end of a rubber sheet 44 is fixed at the side in the lateral direction of the rear end of a tilling cover 43 of the rotary tilling device 4. The rotary tilling device 4 is attached with a groove former 70 for forming the groove by pressing down the rubber sheet 44 in the central part at the rear left and right of the tilling cover 43. The groove former 70 is provided with a supporting part 72 in one end of a main frame 71. A pressing body 75 for pressing down the rear surface of the rubber sheet 44 is attached on the other side.
