PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which provides excellent fit and improved wearing feeling.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 10a includes: an absorbent body 22a having a groove 17a forming an opening 14a in at least one surface a top sheet 18 arranged to cover one surface 23a of the absorbent body 22a and at least partially constituted of a liquid-permeable material and a back sheet 20 arranged to cover the other surface 23b of the absorbent body 22a and constituted of a liquid-impermeable material. In the groove 17a, an opening width in the surface to be orthogonal to the thickness direction of the absorbent body 22a is made to be gradually smaller from one surface 23a to the other surface 23b.
