The present invention provides an apparatus for loading material comprising: ahousing defininga loading conduit and a return conduit wherein the loading conduit and returnconduit areoperatively connected at a first location configured for material intake and asecond locationconfigured for material output； a loading mechanism operative within thehousing, said loadingmechanism including an endless belt having a plurality of loading devicesanchored thereto, theloading mechanism configured to travel within the loading conduit from thefirst location to thesecond location and subsequently within the return conduit from the secondlocation to the firstlocation, said loading mechanism picking up material at the material intakeand expellingmaterial at the material output； and a drive system operatively connected withthe loadingmechanism, the drive system configured to provide power to the loadingmechanism.
