PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic microscope which is suitable for binocular vision and allows an OCT optical system to be installed easily.SOLUTION: Objective lenses (401) of left and right observation optical systems comprise a group of lenses including at least a first lens (401a), an optical element (401b) for changing the orientation of an optical axis, and a second lens (401c). The orientation of the optical axis (O-400L) of the left-eye observation optical system and the orientation of the optical axis (O-400R) of the right-eye observation optical system are changed to orientations crossing each other on a subject eye side by the objective lens (401), and the OCT objective lens (507) and polarizing optical elements (504a, 504b) for an OCT optical system (500) are in a positional relationship of being substantially optically conjugate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】両眼視に好適で、ＯＣＴ光学系を容易に設置することができる眼科用顕微鏡を提供する。【解決手段】左右の観察光学系の対物レンズ（４０１）が、第１のレンズ（４０１ａ）と、光軸の向きを変更する光学素子（４０１ｂ）と、第２のレンズ（４０１ｃ）とを少なくとも有するレンズ群からなり、対物レンズ（４０１）によって、左眼用観察光学系の光軸（Ｏ－４００Ｌ）と右眼用観察光学系の光軸（Ｏ－４００Ｒ）の向きが、被検眼の側で互いに交差する方向に変更され、ＯＣＴ光学系（５００）のＯＣＴ用対物レンズ（５０７）と偏向光学素子（５０４ａ，５０４ｂ）が光学的に略共役な位置関係にあることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
