PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing operating condition for a pot so designed as to prevent different beverages from getting mixed in the same pot and reduce the time for changing the operating condition for the pot. SOLUTION: The device for changing operating condition for a pot is so designed as to change the operating condition for pots (#1-#3) in a beverage heating system 10, and comprises the following means: a flag setting means (Z1, Z2) setting electronic flags on a container-involved final basket (AZ) among a plurality of baskets (A1...); a basket detection means detecting baskets; a basket supplying means 60 supplying empty baskets (C1...) more than a number obtained by subtracting one from prescribed numbers (N0) just after the final basket before the final basket is carried in either of a plurality of the pots via a carrying means when the final basket on which the flag is set is detected by the basket detection means. In the device, the final basket is carried into one of a plurality of the pots via the carrying means, and thereafter the operating condition for at least one pot of the remaining ones of a plurality of pots is changed.
