PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having a new function by conveniently treating a persimmon fruit, and a persimmon fruit treating method.SOLUTION: A persimmon fermentation composition comprises a treatment product obtained by fermentation treatment of a persimmon fruit with koji mold as an active ingredient, and has increased blood glucose inhibitory action, increased blood pressure inhibitory action, and anti-obesity action.
