PURPOSE: A river puffer fertilized egg hatching method is provided to utilize a colloid remover for a river puffer fertilized egg in order to safely and easily produce seeds of the river puffer. CONSTITUTION: A river puffer fertilized egg hatching method is composed of the following: a step of artificial fertilization by collecting eggs and sperms from a mother river puffer which is cultured in seawater； a step of washing the artificially fertilized eggs with filtered-sterilized water； a step of removing colloids by stirring the washed fertilized eggs in an fertilized river puffer eggs incubator(4) which is installed with beads after the incubator is aerated by mixing breeding water and acid clay； and a step of hatching the fertilized eggs by accommodating the fertilized eggs in the incubator which is installed with beads to prevent the backflow of the inflow water and the loss of the fertilized eggs when the breeding water does not flow into the inside which is in contact with an inflow pipe(41) of the lower part of a funnel. [Reference numerals] (AA) Pump； (BB) Filtering device； (CC) Sterilizing device본 발명은 점착성을 가지며 물에 가라앉는 성질(침성 점착란)을 갖는 황복의 알을 수정하기 위해 숙련된 기술, 많은 인력 및 다량의 유리판이 필요하던 종래의 종묘생산방법을 개선하기 위해 안전하고 용이하게 황복의 종묘생산을 위한 황복 수정란 교질제거를 이용한 부화방법 및 원뿔모양이 역방향으로 위치한 형태의 깔대기 하단은 사육수 유입을 위한 유입관이 설치되고, 상단의 일부에는 유입된 사육수의 배출을 위한 유출구멍이 형성되어 유출관과 연결되며, 깔대기 하부의 유입관과 접하는 내부에는 사육수가 유입되지 않는 경우 유입관을 막아 유입수의 역류와 수정란의 유실을 방지할 수 있도록 한 구슬이 설치된 부화기를 제공한다. 이로부터 황복의 종묘생산에 많은 양의 어미가 필요하지 않고, 수정란의 관리를 위해 많은 수조가 필요하지 않아 양식비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있고, 부화기 내의 환경조절로 부화 장소에 구애받지 않고 부화기 용량이 작아 부화 환경조절 또한 용이하여, 고가의 양식 수산물인 황복의 양식산업화에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
