The present invention discloses a complex incubator which includes: a hatching chamber for storing eggs inside a main body； and a nursing chamber which communicates with the hatching chamber and accommodates chicks that have been hatched and are in an early stage of development. The nursing chamber is divided by partitions. According to the present invention, cost for purchasing and maintaining the complex incubator can be minimized because the hatching chamber and the nursing chamber exist in one incubator.
