PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid filtration apparatus, system and method with a low holdup quantity for filtering body fluid.SOLUTION: The body fluid filtration apparatus includes: a housing having an inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet, a first fluid flow passage defined between the inlet and the first outlet and a second fluid flow passage defined between the inlet and the second outlet a first body fluid filtration medium disposed between the inlet and the first outlet so as to cross the first fluid flow passage and a second body fluid filtration medium disposed between the inlet and the second outlet so as to cross the second fluid flow passage. The housing does not have a barrier wall such that it substantially isolates the first body fluid filtration medium and the second body fluid filtration medium from each other.
