PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfermented beer taste beverage that is produced using a plant-derived protein and/or a decomposition product thereof, and has improved foam durability of a foam layer generated when poured into a beverage container.SOLUTION: A method for producing a beer taste beverage having an NIBEM value of 107 or more, an alcohol content of less than 1 v/v%, and an indigestible dextrin content of 1.00-2.00 w/v%. The method includes a preparation step of mixing a soybean protein or a decomposition product thereof and the indigestible dextrin, and produces the beverage without passing through a fermentation step after the preparation step.
