PURPOSE: A dumpling molding apparatus is provided to stably load molded dumplings on a conveyor belt, and to successively transfer and discharge the dumplings. CONSTITUTION: An opening unit (19) is formed on the direct lower domain of a molding apparatus. An elevating plate (P) elevating by an elevating operation unit is installed on the inside of the opening unit, for elevating a conveyor belt (B) passing the upper side of a supporting table. A rotating frame (32) corresponding to a shaft pin installed on one side of the supporting table is rotatably installed. The elevating operation unit combines a guide rod including a flange unit to a guide ball of a supporting block fixed to a front plate (11a). An elevating lever (29) is combined to a long hole formed on the rear side of a rotating lever. A fixing stand is combined to the upper side of the guide rod passed through the supporting block. The elevating plate is combined to the upper side of the fixing stand.본 발명은 가변식 벨트 컨베이어를 이용해 성형장치에 의해 성형·절단된 만두를 안정적으로 적재하여 배출시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 만두 성형기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 만두 성형장치에 의한 만두의 성형·절단이 완료되는 시점에 컨베이어 벨트가 성형장치의 직하방으로 승강하여 절단·성형된 만두가 컨베이어 벨트 상에 안정적으로 적재되도록 한 만두 성형기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 만두를 성형 및 절단해주기 위한 성형장치(12)의 하방에 지지 테이블(18)의 상면을 경유하며 구동 롤러(15)에 의해 구동하도록 한 컨베이어 벨트(B)를 설치하여 성형·절단된 만두를 배출해주도록 구성한 만두 성형기(10)에 있어서； 지지 테이블(18)에 있어 성형장치(12)의 직하방 영역에 개방부(19)를 형성하고, 개방부(19) 내측에 승강 구동부(20)에 의해 승,하강이 이루어지는 승강 플레이트(P)를 설치하며, 상기 지지 테이블(18)의 어느 한쪽 단부에 설치되는 축핀(31)에 상호 대응하는 회동 프레임(32)을 회전가능하게 설치하고 회동 프레임(32) 간에 가이드 부재(33)를 설치하여 구성한 것이다.본 발명은 만두의 제조과정에서 발생하는 손상 및 불량을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 낙하 충격으로 인한 만두의 찌그러짐 현상을 방지하여 외관이 일정한 우수한 품질의 만두를 제조할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
