By means of the method, Aedes albopictus having a high CI intensity (for example, 90-100%) which is artificially infected with wPip of Culex molestus is obtained. Aedes albopictus or the Aedes albopictus obtained by means of the method are released in nature such that the egg laying rate of Aedes albopictus may be greatly reduced, thereby effectively controlling the generation of offspring and the size of the population of Aedes albopictus, and effectively reducing the occurrence and spread of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue fever.
