PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition comprising dextranase which excels in the plaque-removing effect in the oral cavity, hardly has oral irritation in use, has good liquid separation stability on storage, and furthermore has good storage stability of dextranase in preparation.SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition comprises dextranase (A), polyvinylpyrrolidone (B), polyethylene glycol (C) having an average molecular weight of 1,290-25,000, an alkyl sulfate (D), and sodium bicarbonate (E) and the content of the component (B) is 0.05-0.5 mass%, the content of the component (C) is 0.1-1.2 mass%, and the content of the component (E) is 0.1-0.4 mass%, and the mass ratio of the component (C) to the component (B) is 1.3-10.0.
