PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil gel composition having good spreading at the time of application, a feeling of use without feeling of stickiness, excellent gel stability against light exposure, and excellent shape retention at high temperature as well as excellent long-term storage stability.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an oil gel composition comprises the components (a) to (e), which are described below, in which the content of component (a) is 0.1 to 5% by mass, the content of component (b) is 0.2 to 7% by mass, the content of component (c) is 45 to 95% by mass, and the content of component (d) is 1 to 20% by mass, and the mass ratio [a/b] of component (a) and component (b) is 1/4 to 3/1.
