The present invention relates to a theranostic anticancer agent precursor, a method for manufacturing the same, and uses thereof. A compound of the present invention is a pro-drug in which cytotoxicity is blocked by binding a compound containing a carbon-boron bond that can be decomposed by hydrogen peroxide to doxorubicin, and releases doxorubicin and emits fluorescence when administered to an individual by being specifically activated in cancer cells with a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide, thereby being able to perform diagnosis concurrently with the treatment of cancer with little or no side effects. Therefore, it is expected to present a novel approach to the development of a wide range of small molecule cancer chemotherapeutic agents.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 테라노스틱 항암제 전구체, 이의 제조방법, 및 이의 용도 등에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 화합물은 독소루비신에 과산화수소에 의해 분해될 수 있는 탄소-붕소 결합을 함유하는 화합물을 결합시켜 세포독성이 차단된 pro-drug로써, 개체에 투여시 과산화수소 농도가 높은 암세포에서 특이적으로 활성화되어 독소루비신을 방출하고 형광을 발하여 부작용이 없거나 적은 암의 치료와 동시에 진단을 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있어, 광범위한 소분자 암 화학치료제 개발에 새로운 접근 방법을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.
