PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve structure capable of suppressing deformation of a diaphragm-like check valve.SOLUTION: A gas suction valve 20 has a check valve structure which permits flow of gas from an inner space of a diaphragm pump toward a pump chamber and prohibits flow in the reverse direction. The gas suction valve 20 is mounted between a space 25 and the inner space of the diaphragm pump and is provided with a valve housing 16 having formed therein a communicating hole 23 for interconnecting the space 25 and the inner space of the diaphragm pump, an elastic diaphragm body 21 for covering the space 25 side of the communicating hole 23 to prevent reverse flow of the gas, an elastic member 22 having a wall section 22c which surrounds the communicating hole 23 and holding the elastic diaphragm body 21, and a gas collecting body 17 having a projection 24 formed thereon for limiting positional displacement of the wall section 22c to suppress deformation caused by strain of the elastic diaphragm body 21.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】薄膜状の逆止弁の変形を抑制できる逆止弁構造を提供する。【解決手段】吸気弁20は、ダイヤフラムポンプの内部空間からポンプ室へ向かう気体の流れを許容するとともに、その逆方向への流れを禁止する、逆止弁構造を有する。吸気弁20は、ダイヤフラムポンプの内部空間と空間25との間に配置されており、ダイヤフラムポンプの内部空間と空間25とを連通する連通孔23が形成された、バルブハウジング16を備える。また吸気弁20は、連通孔23の空間25側を被覆して気体の逆流を妨げる弾性膜体21を備える。また吸気弁20は、連通孔23を取り囲む壁部22cを有し、弾性膜体21を保持する弾性部材22を備える。また吸気弁20は、壁部22cの位置ずれを制限することで弾性膜体21の歪みによる変形を抑制する突起部24の形成された、集気体17をさらに備える。【選択図】図5
