The present invention relates to a painless injection device which has enough pressure for quickly injecting an injection drug while injecting an injection drug through air pressure in a moment and can noticeably reduces noise generated, and as a result, can minimize effect to a subject such as an infant or the like according to a noise, and in particular, can be useful for a procedure of animals such as birds which can die from an impulsive noise.
