A producing method of a degradable magnesium-calcium silicate bone cement having steps of: hydrolyzing a tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) with a nitric acid adding a calcium nitrate and a magnesium nitrate reacting with an ethanol to obtain a mixing liquid drying the mixing liquid with a heat-assistance drying method to obtain a mixing powder sintering the mixing powder and graining the mixing powder to obtain the magnesium-calcium silicate powder blending the magnesium-calcium silicate powder with water or a phosphoric solution to obtain the degradable magnesium-calcium silicate bone cement. The present invention has great injectability and bioactivity. The present invention is able to stimulate cells to grow and attach. The degradable magnesium-calcium silicate bone cement is able to stimulate vessels generation and increase angiogenesis.一種具可降解性之矽酸鈣鎂骨水泥之製造方法,其步驟包含取一硝酸將一四乙氧基矽烷水解,並加入一硝酸鈣及一硝酸鎂進行反應,添加一酒精反應得一混合物液體,將該混合物液體使用一熱輔助乾燥手段進行乾燥得一混合物粉末,再將該混合物粉末利用高溫燒結並研磨成一矽酸鈣鎂骨水泥粉末;及將該矽酸鈣鎂骨水泥粉末與一水或一磷酸溶液混合;本發明具有良好的臨床使用特性、機械性質及生物活性,可刺激細胞之生長與貼附,促進骨細胞分化,並可表現出血管生成形態,使血管新生蛋白生成量上升,具有促進血管新生之特性。
