Disclosed is an overflow device, which is used to discharge excess liquid from a fish tank and includes an overflow unit. The overflow unit comprises an enclosed barrel that is hollow and enclosed, a siphon pipe that is able to siphon the excess liquid from the fish tank into the enclosed barrel, an air pipe that is installed on the top of the enclosed barrel, and an overflow pipe that is installed on the bottom of the enclosed barrel. The siphon pipe has an outflow port that is extended downward into the enclosed barrel. The overflow pipe has an overflow-in port, which extends upward into the enclosed barrel and is located higher than the outflow port, and a discharge port, which is located outside the enclosed barrel. The liquid, which is located in the enclosed barrel and flowing over the overflow-in port of the overflow pipe, flows into the overflow-in port of the overflow pipe and is discharged from the discharge port of the overflow pipe.
