By means of the design of the function and structure of the present device, water from the water storage tank (30) is supplied to the water outlet head (32) via the water pipe (33), and then is sprayed from the water outlet head (32) onto the water flow cover (31) for drinking, thereby providing a safe and reliable water supply mode. Furthermore, the whole system is further provided with a sterilization device, solving the problem of bacteria growth in a drinker, improving the safety of drinking water.
