1. The complex of Garcinol and cyclodextrin, in which the molar ratio of Garcinol to cyclodextrin is in the range from about 1: 1 to 1: 4.5.2. The complex according to claim 1, which is a chemical complex. 3. The complex of claim 1, wherein the garcinol has a purity in the range of about 95% to 99%. The complex of claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin is selected from the group consisting of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, 2-hydroxy-propyl-β-cyclodextrin and their derivatives. The complex of claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin is β-cyclodextrin. The complex of claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin is a suitable β-cyclodextrin derivative. A method of obtaining a complex of garcinol and cyclodextrin, in which the molar ratio of garcinol to cyclodextrin is in the range from about 1: 1 to 1: 4.5, which includes a) dissolving the garcinol in a solvent with cyclodextrin to obtain a mixture; b) heating the mixture under reflux with obtaining a clear solution; c) cooling the clear solution to obtain crystals of a complex of garcinol and cyclodextrin; and d) filtering and drying the crystals to obtain a complex of garcinol and cyclodextrin having a molar ratio of garcinol to cyclodextrin of about 1: 1 to 1: 4.5, respectively. The method of claim 7, wherein the solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, aliphatic alcohols with carbon atoms ranging from 1 to 4, and any combination thereof. The method of claim 7, wherein the cyclodextrin is selected from the group consisting of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, 2-hydroxy-propyl-β-cyclodextrin and their derivatives.
