IN SAID PROCESS, (E)- 2-(1,6,7,8-TETRAHYDRO-2H-INDENO [5,4-B] FURAN-8- YLIDENE)ETHYLAMINE IS SUBJECTED TO ASYMMETRIC REDUCTION REACTION, AND FURTHER THE RESULTING REACTION PRODUCTS ARE CATALYTICALLY REDUCED UNDER A CONDITION OF REACTION TEMPERATURE OF 40°C TO 100°C AND PH 3 TO 9, THEN THE OBTAINED (S)- 2-(1,6,7,8-TETRAHYDRO-2H-INDENO [5,4-B] FURAN-8- YL)ETHYLAMINE IS SUBJECTED TO PROPIONYLATION REACTION, FOLLOWED BY CRYSTALLIZING FROM THE REACTION SOLUTION.
