FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used in treating patients with grade 1 or 2 uterine prolapse. That is ensured by bimanual repositioning of the uterus. Left hand is located externally in the hypogastric area, fixing the uterus bottom, the index and middle fingers of the right hand are located in the vagina, and the right anterior finger is located in the rectum. Exposure is sequentially performed in 2 stages. Stage 1 repositioning of the uterus is carried out first in the position of the patient lying on the back on a couch with straightened legs, then lying on the back with legs brought to the abdomen, then alternately on the right and left sides with straightened legs. First, piriform muscles, funnel-pelvic ligaments and parametrial tissue are involved in circular kneading, pressing and stretching movements. Then jerky pressure movements are applied to the beginning and attachment points of piriform muscles, followed by the uterus displacement to the right and to the left. Then the uterus is displaced cranially. Exposure is 2 minutes in each position of the patient on the couch. Stage 2 of repositioning of uterus is performed in position of standing patient. Fixing the uterine cervix between the end phalanges of the right and right fingers of the right hand, vibrating motion with gradual intensification of vibration until the patient experiences a tingling sensation, uterus is displaced into a position whereat the outer plane of the uterine cervix meets the border line of the pelvis.
