PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily guide excreta to the internal space of a rear pocket in an absorbent article.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes a front absorbent body 21 and a rear absorbent body 22 disposed on the abdominal side and the back side of a wearer and a back sheet 23 covering the outer side of the front absorbent body 21 and the rear absorbent body 22. The surrounding part excluding the edge 223 on the side of a center exposure area 235 of the rear absorbent body 22 is bonded to the back sheet 23, and the rear pocket 27 is formed between the rear absorbent body 22 and the back sheet 23. In the absorbent article 1, by turning the edge 223 of the rear absorbent body 22 to a recessed shape, an opening 25 can be surely positioned at a position facing the excretion part of the wearer. Thus, the excreta is surely received in the center exposure area 235 of the back sheet 23, and it is made possible to easily guide the excreta to the internal space of the rear pocket 27.
