The present invention aims to provide a sterilizer structure, which can efficiently sterilize an article by making plasma particles come in direct contact with various articles by applying a flexible surface plasma source using plasma discharge. According to the object, the present invention provides a plasma sterilizer, which makes the surface plasma source by installing a plasma generating electrode in a large surface on a flexible base material in a cloth-shape, and attaches the plasma source to the wall and/or ceiling of a disinfection device forming a closed space, thereby generating a large amount of plasma and active species resulting therefrom.본 발명의 목적은 플라즈마를 방전을 유연한 면 형태의 플라즈마 소스와 이를 적용하여 각종 물품에 직접 플라즈마 입자들이 접촉하여 물품의 살균을 효율적으로 실시할 수 있는 멸균장치 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 상기 목적에 따라 본 발명은, 유연성이 있는 보자기 형태의 바탕 재에 플라즈마 발생용 전극을 넓은 면으로 설치하여 면(surface) 플라즈마 소스를 만들고, 상기 플라즈마 소스를 밀폐된 공간을 형성하는 소독장치의 벽면 및/또는 천장면에 부착하여 다량의 플라즈마와 이로 인한 활성종을 발생시킬 수 있는 플라즈마 살균 장치를 제공한다.
